- Showings of available rentals
- Prospective tenant screening by a professional screening company
- Lease signing and collection of rent and deposits
- Written property condition report at move-in with photo documentation
- Bookkeeping Services: Collection of monthly rents and any fees owing, monthly detail sheet, year to date profit & loss statement, security deposit accounting, 1099 Misc. with annual P & L statement.
- Periodic drive-by inspections
- Handle all maintenance and repair issues that arise
- Final walk through at lease termination and distribution
of deposits monies
